Job summary

Hastings Insurance Services Limited in Leicester invites applications for a Customer Renewals Advisor. The role starts in 2027, with an initial salary of £26,230 and a training period of about 12 weeks after which the salary rises to £26,550 and could progress to £29,500.

The position is 37.5 hours per week with hybrid working after training. You will support customers at renewal, listen to queries, verify policy changes, and propose suitable products and prices.

• Ability to navigate in-house software while handling inbound calls.
