Job summary

Hedron Network in Milton Keynes/Leeds (Hybrid) is seeking a Wholesale Insurance Broking professional to support partner brokers and new clients. You will manage relationships, place a range of risks, and negotiate with insurers, while staying aligned with Hedron's panel of insurers.

You will build trading relationships, identify growth opportunities, and provide market insights across SME to mid-corporate classes, including Professional Indemnity and Directors & Officers.

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial Insurance broking for SME to mid-market risks.
• Ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Acturis or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide a proactive service to brokers in marketing and placement of risks with Hedron insurers.
• Develop relationships with Partner Brokers to support placement of new risks and opportunities.
• Build trading relationships across Hedron insurers.
• Understand emerging risks and provide sector insights.
• Deliver best results for partner brokers.
• Support teammates in developing knowledge as required.
