Hedron Network is recruiting a field-based/remote sales-oriented professional with regular UK travel. You will grow income by understanding brokers’ strategies, identifying opportunities and converting them through Hedron's insurer panel and services.

You will combine sales drive with insurance credibility, building senior-level relationships to deliver commercial outcomes and expand Hedron's market presence across the UK.

Formación

• Strong track record of sales performance and commercial growth, ideally in UK general insurance.
• Proven ability to influence business owners and senior decision-makers.
• Excellent questioning, listening and negotiation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive profitable growth across an established panel of independent brokers.
• Identify opportunities and convert them into revenue through Hedron's insurer panel and services.
• Build and manage a visible pipeline with clear actions and owners.
