Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. is seeking a Wholesale Broker to join our Milton Keynes/Leeds hybrid team. You will manage risk placement, build broker relationships and negotiate with insurers across SME to Mid-Corporate segments.

The role emphasizes proactive service, market insights, and collaboration with Hedron panel partners to secure optimal coverage. Occasional travel to offices is expected, with a supportive development path and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience broking risks across SME to Mid Corporate, including PI and D&O.
• Strong communication, negotiation and IT skills; Word/Excel proficiency; Acturis an advantage.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Ability to build relationships with partner brokers and insurers.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive service to brokers in marketing and placement of risks using the Hedron panel of insurers.
• Develop strong working relationships across Partner Brokers to support placement of new risks.
• Build trading relationships across the Hedron panel of insurers.
• Understand emerging risks and provide sector insights or gaps in coverage.
• Focus on delivering the best results for partner brokers and support teammates.
