Brown & Brown (Europe) Limited is expanding its Wholesale broking team in Milton Keynes (Hybrid) and seeks a proactive broker to manage risk placement and client relationships. The role involves engaging with SME to mid-corporate risks, negotiating with insurers, and delivering strong service to partners.

You will work across the Hedron panel, travel occasionally to other offices, and contribute to growth while leveraging your knowledge of Commercial Insurance and Prot Indemnity/D&O coverage.

Qualificações

• Hands-on broking experience across SME to Mid-Corporate risks
• Strong negotiation, sales and influencing skills
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient IT skills including Word, Excel, and Acturis or equivalents

Responsabilidades

• Provide proactive service to brokers for marketing and placement of risks using the Hedron panel
• Develop relationships across Partner Brokers to support new risk placements
• Build trading relationships with the Hedron panel of insurers
• Identify emerging risks and advise on sector trends and coverage gaps
• Support colleagues with knowledge sharing and development
