Saga PLC is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead continuous improvement across our insurance operations. You will drive lean initiatives, partner with experience and data teams, and coach analysts to deliver measurable benefits.

The role requires strong stakeholder and supplier management, plus proven agile change experience. You will help embed new processes, ensure changes land well with teams, and maintain a focused, value-driven improvement agenda across Saga’s insurance

Qualifications

• Experience in change management programmes, especially agile initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across operational processes to reduce waste and cost.
• Partner with customer experience and data teams to ensure changes are understood and embedded.
• Lead structured problem-solving workshops to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Line manage analysts and ensure clarity on roles and performance.
• Own operational readiness for changes, ensuring measurable landings.
• Act as supplier relationship manager for key operational suppliers within framework.
