Bionic is hiring an Insurance Administrator for its Hybrid London office. You will support insurance broking teams, manage processes for accurate customer journeys, and help design intranet pages with the Commercial team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, strong communication, and using MS Office to deliver timely reports and maintain high standards in a regulated insurance environment.

• Prepare daily and monthly sales and insurer reports.
• Support sales agents by handling referrals.
• Interact with training to highlight development issues.
• Work in a team to maintain high quality standards.
• Assist Commercial in building controls for renewal journeys.
• Collate information and slides for weekly technical buzz sessions.
• Design, develop and maintain Insurance Intranet pages with new content.
