Job summary

Bionic Services Ltd is seeking an Insurance Administrator for its Insurance Technical Team in London. The role is hybrid with on-site collaboration and smart technology to support insurance broking operations.

You will ensure accurate processes, assist sales with referrals, and help develop controls for renewal journeys while maintaining high standards and timely reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assess that correct procedures and disclosures have been made to insurer partners on sold policies.
• Provide feedback to colleagues and ensure fixes are completed timely.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and insurer reports.
• Support sales agents through referrals.
• Collaborate with training to highlight development issues.
• Maintain high-quality standards across the team.
• Assist Commercial in building controls for renewal journeys.
• Support the collation of information and slides for weekly technical buzz sessions.
• Design, develop and maintain Insurance Intranet pages with new content.

Role: Insurance Administrator
Location: London Liverpool Street Office (Hybrid)

To support our continued growth and exciting plans, we’re looking for a Insurance Administrator to join our Insurance Technical Team.

As the Insurance Administrator, you’ll be an integral part of our Technical Team, offering support to the insurance broking teams by managing processes that ensure a smooth and reliable journey for our customers.

The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for ensuring business and customer processes are accurate and up to date.

In this role, you’ll be:

• Assessing that the correct procedures and disclosures have been made to our insurer partners on policies that have been sold
• Providing feedback to colleagues where issues have been identified and ensuring that any fixes are completed in a timely fashion
• Prepare daily and monthly report sales and insurer reports
• Provide support to sales agents through taking referrals
• Interacting with the training team to highlight where development issues have been identified
• Work as part of a team to ensure that our high-quality standards are always adhered too
• Assisting the Commercial team in building new controls for our other processes around our voice and non-voice renewal journeys
• Support with the collation of our information and slides for our weekly “technical buzz” sessions
• Design, develop and maintain our new Insurance Intranet pages adding new content as the Commercial team create it
