Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates in Glasgow seeks an additional litigator for its specialist insurance litigation practice. You will manage a diverse caseload including credit hire, RTA and related civil disputes, from pre-litigation to resolution, with opportunities to conduct litigation in the Scottish courts.

The role offers hybrid/flexible working with attendance typically two days per week, a competitive salary, bonus, pension, and clear progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years’ PQE in civil litigation or insurance disputes.
• Experience with credit hire and personal injury is advantageous.
• Experience of the Scottish court process is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from pre-litigation through to resolution.
• Progress matters through the Scottish courts when required.
• Negotiate settlements and prepare court documents.
• Liaise with Counsel and other stakeholders.
• Support a collaborative, high‑volume litigation team.
