Job summary

Frasia Wright Associates is seeking a Senior Associate in Glasgow, specializing in insurance litigation. You will handle a caseload of defender files including EL/PL and high-value injury claims, with a focus on advocacy across hearings, debates and proofs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ PQE in insurance or personal injury litigation.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury claims, defender experience preferred.
• Advocacy experience for hearings, debates and proofs.
• Experience handling complex and sensitive claims preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of predominantly litigated defender files, including EL/PL claims, counter-fraud, and high-value injuries.
• Lead procedural hearings, debates and proofs as required.
• Provide expertise in insurance sector litigation and property damage claims as needed.
