Flint Bishop is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for its Insurance Litigation team in Birmingham. The role focuses on winning new clients, predominantly motor insurers, and building a robust new business pipeline.
You will lead direct outreach, pitches, and tender opportunities while aligning with Marketing campaigns to support growth. Reporting to the Head of Insurance Litigation, you will manage your own sales pipeline, drive KPI achievement, and secure new client
Qualifications
- Experience in new business development/sales to senior stakeholders in professional services.
- Proven track record of winning new business.
- Understanding of the insurance market, especially motor claims.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust with senior decision makers.
- High commercial awareness and ability to multi-task.
