Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and support Partners on personal injury and other defendant insurance litigation matters.
• Apply legal principles to facts and develop strategies for medium/high value cases.
• Depose all relevant parties in litigation and draft/ review correspondence and documents.
• Keep files organized and aligned with client quality standards.
• Learn clients' businesses and how they fit with firm objectives.
