Job summary

Bolt is seeking an Insurance Lead to own Bolt’s Rentals insurance portfolio (Bolt Drive and Micromobility) and contribute to group-wide insurance strategy. You will oversee performance, claims, and MTPL outcomes, partnering with Operations, Finance, Legal and Product across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Strong background in insurance, ideally motor/MTPL.
• Experience with pan-European programmes or FoS arrangements.
• Ability to lead structured external and internal meetings like claims reviews and QBRs.
• Collaborate across operations, finance, legal and product.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven improvements.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bolt Drive and Micromobility insurance programmes and reviews.
• Conduct quarterly reviews and insurer/broker meetings to improve performance.
• Monitor MTPL metrics, identify trends, reduce losses and risk.
• Support group-wide insurance initiatives including renewals and data improvements.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, legal, product and claims across markets.
• Assist in country expansions and new product initiatives with insurance requirements.
