Bolt is seeking a Head of Investment Execution to lead high-impact transactions across our Rides vertical, spanning vehicle financing, partnerships and electrification projects across EMEA, Asia, and the Americas. You will join the Business Development team to identify opportunities and move deals from first conversation to close.

We value 8+ years in investment banking or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and a proven ability to lead execution teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in investment banking, structured finance, VC, or corporate development.
• Proven track record raising equity and debt for complex, project-level transactions.
• Strong financial modeling, analytic and presentation skills.
• Experience leading execution teams in advisory, banking, or VC/PE.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end execution of cross-border investments including partnerships, OEM deals, vehicle financing, and captive structures.
• Build and own financial models for high-stakes transactions that shape our strategic roadmap.
• Drive deal flow and opportunity identification across the mobility spectrum.
• Engage and negotiate with partners, co-investors, and financial institutions.
• Collaborate with country and regional leadership to develop organic and inorganic business cases.
• Represent the team externally; some travel required based on active pipeline.
