Job summary

Eames Consulting is seeking a Senior Strategy Associate for a leading insurance business in London. You will work across strategic initiatives focused on growth, client development and operational improvement, translating priorities into practical delivery.

You will bring 2–3 years' experience in strategy or related fields, bond with senior stakeholders, and manage multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment. Data-driven mindset and exposure to digital initiatives are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years’ experience in strategy, consulting, project management or business transformation.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of growth plans across client and business areas.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from planning to delivery.
• Engage with senior leaders to identify opportunities and remove delivery barriers.
• Track progress and flag risks, dependencies and intervention needs.
• Prepare management information, analysis and recommendations for senior leadership.
