Job summary

Eames Consulting is recruiting an experienced Enterprise Risk professional to join the Risk Management function within a leading insurance market organisation in London. The role focuses on developing and operating the enterprise risk framework, monitoring risk, strengthening controls and delivering high-quality reporting to risk committees, regulators and external stakeholders.

You will work with senior stakeholders to drive risk culture, support ORSA and wider activities, and develop risk

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise risk management frameworks, processes and controls.
• Understanding of risk appetite, RCSA and emerging risk.
• Experience within insurance and/or the Lloyd's market.

Responsibilities

• Support annual risk management and assurance plans and risk culture.
• Develop and operate the enterprise risk framework and risk reporting to committees and regulators.
• Monitor risk and strengthen controls; produce high-quality risk MI and governance papers.
