Job summary

NFU Mutual in Ballymoney is looking for an Insurance Executive to join our Causeway Agency on a full-time basis. You will help clients with quotes, policy queries and renewals while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

This role emphasizes strong communication, reliability and teamwork; a proactive approach to service in a structured, regulated insurance environment. Training and career development opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 GCSEs with Maths and English at Grade C.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Pro-active problem solver with a reliable, team-oriented approach.
• Insurance/financial services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide quotes for all NFU Mutual insurance products offered.
• Discuss mid-term changes and secure renewals.

NFU Mutual's Causeway Agency Salary (depending on experience) Full Time, Permanent Contract

Ballymoney Monday to Friday 9am -5pm

An exciting opportunity has now arisen within the Causeway Agency.

About the role

Based in Ballymoney, we are a forward-thinking team who provide a first-class service to our ever-increasing portfolio of diverse business and personal clients in the insurance, financial services and risk management sectors. The role shall be to ensure that all documentation is dealt with in meticulous detail in an orderly and timely fashion in keeping with a highly regulated industry. Provide quotes for all insurance products we offer, discuss mid-term changes and secure renewals.

Qualifications required
