The role

We are seeking a motivated & driven Insurance Consultant based in our Trowbridge or Swindon office to join the Jensten Group. Working within our New Business team (Personal Lines), the main aim is to drive growth through new business, maximize opportunities with existing customers, and follow up on leads & referrals. This is an excellent opportunity for career progression, training, and development within the insurance industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Maximizing sales within the New Business team.
• Providing excellent customer service and administering insurance policies.
• Achieving and exceeding targets.
• Communicating clearly and building relationships with customers.
• Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Ensuring FCA compliance and delivering high-quality customer service.

About you

As an Insurance Consultant, you will receive full training and support, with opportunities to gain relevant qualifications such as Cert CII. The role requires working every other Saturday (half-day, with time off during the week), and offers uncapped commissions. You should have:

• Experience in Personal Lines insurance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven sales experience or ability to generate new business.
• Excellent telephone manner with a sales flair.
• A passion for learning and development in insurance and sales.
• Previous experience in a similar role (telephone and face-to-face sales).
• Good attention to detail and multi-tasking abilities.
