Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Consultant to join our Community Broking team in Exeter. Your responsibilities include providing exceptional client service, maximizing satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and handling client queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve individual and team targets for new business, retention, and service KPIs.
  • Provide holistic insurance reviews, identify and promote suitable insurance products.
  • Manage client relationships and conduct meetings or video calls as required.
  • Support team development, share market insights, and improve processes.
  • Maintain technical knowledge of products and market trends.
  • Handle claims efficiently, support complaints processes, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

  • Excellent communication skills, confident in building rapport over the phone.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • IT literate and analytical skills.
  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance or willingness to obtain.
