Provide exceptional service and advice to clients to maximize satisfaction, achieve business targets, maintain high retention, and handle mid-term adjustments, queries, and claims professionally and accurately.

Key responsibilities

1. Achieve individual objectives and KPIs.
2. Provide holistic insurance reviews, identify, and promote related products for new and existing clients.
3. Meet new business, retention, and service KPIs.
4. Maintain organized records and manage daily activities.
5. Manage client relationships and conduct meetings or video calls as needed.
6. Represent the company at exhibitions professionally.
7. Share market insights with your line manager.
8. Collaborate with teams to maximize client opportunities.
9. Support team development and ensure adherence to procedures.
10. Promote a customer-first culture and support colleagues' professional growth.
11. Assist with workflow organization and process improvements.
12. Maintain technical knowledge of products, trends, and underwriting guidelines.
13. Underwrite scheme policies per guidelines.
14. Support complaints handling and ensure compliance with procedures.
15. Focus on client money collection and efficient claims handling.
16. Research new insurance products and liaise with external parties when necessary.
