Job summary

Aon is expanding its Health & Risk Consulting team in the UK and seeks an Associate Consultant/Consultant to join a hybrid role based in Leeds (with Manchester options). You will manage an established client portfolio and provide expert consulting advice to ensure client needs are met.

You will build long-term relationships, identify opportunities, and work with internal teams to expand services while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience within the Health & Benefits sector is preferential.
• Commercial mind with pipeline planning.
• Proven track record of effective client facing behaviours.
• Good interpersonal skills for internal and external client teams.
• Self-motivated to improve Aon IQ.

Responsibilities

• Act as a Key Advisor for a portfolio of clients, attending client meetings and advising on needs.
• Develop and maintain long-term client relationships to improve service, renewals, and identify new opportunities.
• Identify revenue generation opportunities and collaborate with wider teams to expand services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments.
• Review clients' employee benefits requirements and provide recommendations.
• Introduce employee benefits schemes aligned with clients' reward strategies.
• Set service levels with suppliers and review delivery.
• Work in line with Aon UK Risk Management Framework and policies.
• Pursue ongoing personal development.
