Everywhen in Bury St Edmunds is hiring an Insurance Client Executive to join our friendly team. You will support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact, build relationships and assist with queries, both on the phone and face to face.

We offer Monday to Friday, hybrid working, a basic salary relative to experience and a generous bonus structure, plus benefits including 26 days holiday, pension, and opportunities to gain CII/ACII qualifications.

Qualifications

• Experience in Insurance is helpful but not essential.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support a designated client portfolio as the first point of contact.
• Build strong relationships and assist clients with queries.
• Engage with clients both on the phone and face to face.
