Job summary

Everywhen in Norwich is looking for an Insurance Account Handler to join our friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for a designated client portfolio, handling queries, building relationships and driving customer service and sales.

We offer Monday to Friday hours, hybrid and flexible working, a basic salary relative to experience plus a generous bonus, 26 days holiday, a pension, and opportunities to gain CII/ACII qualifications.

Qualifications

Experience of the Insurance Industry is essential and highly valued.
Ability to bring your best self to work and deliver great client experiences.

Willingness to learn and pursue professional qualifications in insurance.
Confident to work with clients via phone and face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

Support a designated client portfolio daily, acting as the first point of contact for queries.
Build strong relationships with clients to understand needs and provide solutions.
Assist with customer service and sales opportunities to drive client satisfaction and growth.
Communicate clearly with clients by phone and in person, maintaining professionalism.
Work well with the team, stay positive, and adapt to changes as needed.
