Senior Commercial Account Handler – Milton Keynes
Base Salary c 50/60k DOE, Hybrid Working, bonus, Pension, Flex Benefits, 26 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays, Assistance towards CII Qualifications

Do you have experience working in the Insurance industry? Looking for that next great move in your career? We have an exciting opportunity for you as a Senior Account Handler within our client's commercial Brokerage.

Joining us as a Senior Account Handler means you'll benefit from working Monday to Friday, earning a salary relative to your experience, along with a generous bonus structure.

Overview of the Position

Every day, you will support a designated client portfolio, acting as their first point of contact, building strong relationships, and assisting with queries as they arise. This role is ideal if you love customer service or sales, as relationship-building with clients is key to your success.

As a Senior Account Handler, you will support colleagues, work with the Team Leader, and provide training to the team when needed.

Experience Required

• Experience in the Insurance Industry is essential.
• Ability to bring your best self to work daily to deliver excellent client service.
• Proactive, use your initiative, and demonstrate entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willingness to learn and curiosity; opportunities for qualifications are available to enhance your career.
• Confidence in working with clients both on the phone and face-to-face, with some customer service experience.
• Ability to work well within a team, maintain a positive outlook, be engaging and collaborative, and resilient to change.
