About The Role

As a Wunderwriter, you’ll support SchemeServe customers by:

1. Building and maintaining insurance products (or schemes) on our platform.
2. Troubleshooting issues and responding to support requests.
3. Helping new clients bring their insurance products to life, from understanding their requirements to launching their products.

Candidate Profile

• Comfortable with Word and Excel for everyday tasks.
• Solid foundation in insurance with at least 2 years of experience.
• Problem-solving mindset, preferring challenges over sales.
• Enjoy teamwork and building relationships.
• Not seeking a developer role but love working with digital tools.
• Keen eye for process improvement.
• Curious, eager to learn, and understand the 'why'.

Requirements

• Experience in insurance or underwriting (minimum 2 years).
