What you'll do:

• Lead audit engagements from planning to final reporting, ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines. Do you enjoy seeing a project through from start to finish?
• Build strong, collaborative client relationships and deliver tailored, exceptional service. Do you thrive on creating connections and making a difference for your clients?
• Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with senior staff, including Partners. Are you ready to influence and shape the direction of key engagements?
• Oversee and coach your audit team-do you love mentoring and helping others reach their potential?

What you'll bring:

• ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
• Experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or Manager, ideally within insurance.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 and IFRS.
• Proven ability to manage audits, client portfolios, and teams-are you ready to lead with confidence and empathy?
