What you'll do:

1. Lead audit engagements from planning to final reporting, ensuring high standards and meeting deadlines.
2. Build strong, collaborative client relationships and deliver tailored, exceptional service.
3. Manage stakeholder relationships and work closely with senior staff, including Partners.
4. Oversee and coach your audit team.

What you'll bring:

1. ACA/CA/ACCA (or equivalent) qualification.
2. Experience as an Audit Assistant Manager or Manager, ideally within insurance.
3. Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS102 and IFRS.
4. Proven ability to manage audits, client portfolios, and teams.
