Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is looking for an Insurance Adviser to join Community Broking in Llanelli. You’ll provide exceptional service and advice to clients to maximise satisfaction and support existing and new business income targets.

This permanent role offers 35 hours per week and a salary starting from £24,000 depending on experience, with focus on client service, renewals, and insurance reviews.

Qualifications

• Confidence and ability to build rapport over the telephone for excellent client experience.
• Ability to provide holistic reviews and recommendations to clients.
• Tenacious and motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Organised, resourceful, deadline-driven and supportive of the wider team.
• Ability to work in a regulated, compliant and client-focused environment.
• Previous experience within the insurance industry (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Providing professional support and advice to clients ensuring high levels of service and client satisfaction.
• Answering client queries, deal with renewals and mid term adjustments in a professional and timely manner.
• Dealing with new business quotations and/or market presentations within agreed timescales, contributing to the achievement of team objectives and business goals.
• Ensuring all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
• Focusing on timely collection of client money in accordance company procedures.
• Be proactive - making clients aware of alternative products, advising clients of potential gaps in cover and providing effective insurance reviews with clients regularly.
