Job summary

Lloyd & Whyte, part of Benefact Group, is seeking an Insurance Adviser to join our Community Broking team in Llanelli. You will provide professional advice and exceptional service to clients, aiming to maximise satisfaction and grow our client base.

In this role you will handle mid-term adjustments, renewals, and queries, support new business quotations, and ensure timely payments while maintaining regulatory compliance and high service standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by providing professional advice, resolving queries, and managing renewals and policy adjustments promptly.
• Proactively support clients through regular insurance reviews, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Manage new business quotations, policy administration, and Account Executive support efficiently while meeting agreed timescales and performance targets.
• Ensure timely collection of client payments and maintain full compliance with company, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Represent the company professionally, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and continually develop technical knowledge and expertise.
