You will deliver professional advice and exceptional service to clients, aiming to maximise satisfaction, achieve new business and product income targets, and handle mid-term adjustments and claims.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client service by providing professional advice, resolving queries, and managing renewals and policy adjustments promptly.
• Proactively support clients through regular insurance reviews, identifying coverage gaps, and recommending suitable products and solutions.
• Manage new business quotations, policy administration, and Account Executive support efficiently while meeting agreed timescales and performance targets.
• Ensure timely collection of client payments and maintain full compliance with company, regulatory, and industry requirements.
• Represent the company professionally, collaborate with colleagues across the business, and continually develop technical knowledge and expertise.
