Job summary
Lloyd & Whyte, proudly part of Benefact Group, is seeking talented Account Executives to join our Community Broking division in South Wales. Based in Swansea and surrounding locations, you’ll lead client relationships, meet sales and renewal targets, and unlock new business opportunities through strategic reviews and expert advice.
You’ll bring proven experience in UK commercial insurance, a commercial mindset, and a Cert CII qualification (or equivalent).
Qualifications
- Experience in UK commercial insurance with a new business focus.
- Demonstrated track record of delivering profitable growth.
- Cert CII qualification or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Drive Sales & Growth by meeting targets through prospecting and client engagement.
- Manage client relationships via reviews, visits, and tailored advice.
- Handle leads, meetings, and income generation with organised planning.
- Represent Lloyd & Whyte professionally at events and industry forums.
