Insurance Account Manager

Are you an experienced Account Manager in the insurance field with either Commercial or Corporate experience? If so, we want to hear from you.

Details:

• Full-time, permanent position
• Location: Belfast
• Salary: £35K
• Hybrid work model: 1 day WFH

Responsibilities include:

• 5+ years of experience dealing with technical insurance issues
• Handling diverse client risks of various sizes and complexities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels through various channels
• CII qualification or working towards exams

Your knowledge and expertise:

• Placing all types of commercial risks within the market
• Providing expert advice to clients regarding their insurance needs
• Liaising with insurer partners as appropriate
• Maintaining high customer service standards through prompt, professional servicing of client accounts, including Mid-Term Adjustments and queries
• Managing files effectively, ensuring prompt and accurate completion of client cases
• Maintaining client confidentiality at all times
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures
