Job description

Vanrath are delighted to be assisting a leading Global Insurance Broker company with the recruitment of a Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual to progress their career and widen their knowledge in a leading organisation that places immense value on their staff.

This is a Monday - Friday (35 Hour Working Week) - Permanent position - This is a Hybrid working role - Office is based in Belfast (mixture of home and office working).

Multiple areas available - Corporate / Commercial / International

Salary:

Fully Negotiable dependent on experience + Some Amazing Incentives + Additional Fantastic Benefits and Perks & Progression Opportunities

Responsibilities:

  • Place all types of risks within the market.
  • Provide expert and prompt advice to clients regarding their insurance needs.
  • Liaise as appropriate with insurer partners.
  • Maintain the highest quality of customer service levels by prompt, customer-focused, professional servicing of client accounts by efficient Mid-Term-Adjustments and customer queries.
  • File Management - ensure individual client cases are completed promptly, effectively, accurately and fully.
  • Ensure client confidentiality is maintained and protected at all costs.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures.

The Ideal Person:

  • Previous account handling experience.
  • Experience dealing with technical insurance issues.
  • Experience dealing with a diverse client base on risks of various sizes and complexity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people at all levels using a variety of communication channels.
