Qualifications

• Experience in general insurance is essential.
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and policy administration.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and manage accounts.
• Excellent communication, both over the phone and in person.
• Self-motivated and proactive with strong time management and organisational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team with good judgement.
• Experience in financial services is advantageous.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, acting as trusted adviser and primary contact.
• Conduct policy reviews and renewal discussions to ensure appropriate cover.
• Identify and develop opportunities for new business across insurance and risk management.
• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial client accounts, handling requirements professionally.
• Process amendments, renewals and related documentation within timescales.
• Respond to client enquiries with knowledgeable and professional advice.
• Collaborate with insurers to secure suitable cover and solutions.
• Cross-sell additional products to enhance client protection.
• Maintain accurate client records, prepare reports and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure activities comply with industry regulations and company procedures.
