Qualifications

• Previous experience as an Account Executive or Account Handler within commercial insurance.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and markets.
• Experience managing a varied portfolio of clients, including larger and more complex risks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Advise clients on insurance programmes, risks, and coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurer partners.
• Negotiate and place a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and handle client queries efficiently.
• Ensure all client records, documentation, and regulatory requirements are maintained accurately.

The Opportunity

As an Account Executive, you'll manage a portfolio of commercial clients, helping them protect their businesses through tailored insurance and risk management solutions. You'll focus on developing strong client relationships, retaining existing business, and identifying growth opportunities.

You'll be supported by an experienced team including Account Managers, New Business Specialists and a dedicated Claims Team, allowing you to concentrate on delivering expert advice and exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

About You
