The Norfolk and Norwich University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Insulin Pump MDT Coordinator to join the Endocrinology Admin team. You will coordinate the MDT, manage data for patient discussions, and provide robust administrative support to clinicians and the wider team.

This role requires NHS administrative experience, ability to write reports, and autonomous working. The post supports flexible and hybrid working patterns and sits within a large teaching hospital environment in

• Qualifications: Business Administration or Foundation Management Qualification or equivalent knowledge and skills.
• Experience: Significant administrative experience within the NHS.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of PAS.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the Multidisciplinary meeting and produce the patient discussion list.
• Provide admin support to the Clinical Lead and the wider Diabetes Insulin Pump Service.
• Act as point of contact for communications with patients, staff and external agencies.
• Manage office administration for the Insulin Pump Service and support policy implementation.
