The Bristol NHS Foundation Trust invites applications for an Administrator in the Diabetes & Endocrinology service, supporting the Insulin Pump service. This Band 3 post is part-time (15 hours per week) and requires strong typing, organisation and NHS-style administrative experience.

The role is based at Southmead Hospital, Bristol. We offer flexible working considerations where possible and aim to support a healthy work-life balance.

Competenze

• GCSEs incl English and Maths are required.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience.
• RSA or typing qualification or demonstrated extensive typing skill.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.

Mansioni

• Processing referrals and clinic outcomes.
• Administrative support for the Insulin Pump Service.
• Communication with patients, clinicians and external organisations.
