Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an Insulin Pump MDT Coordinator and Administration within the Endocrinology service. You will co-ordinate the MDT meetings, provide administrative support to the clinical lead and the wider team, and act as a point of contact for communications for the Diabetes Insulin Pump Service.

• Coordinate the Multidisciplinary Team (MDT) meetings including producing and disseminating the patient list for discussion.
• Provide administrative support to the clinical lead and the wider Endocrinology team and act as a point of contact for communications for the Diabetes Insulin Pump Service.
• Support accurate data collection within the specialty and assist with preparation for submission to the National Clinical Audit.
• Develop and implement service policies/procedures and maintain up-to-date knowledge of pump management targets and processes.
• Be a reference point within the department for MDT members and external parties.
• Contribute to the management of the Insulin Pump Service office administration and provide an effective administrative service.
