Job summary

Mettler Toledo UK is seeking a Field Service Technician to service, calibrate and install laboratory and industrial equipment at customer sites across its assigned territory. The role is field-based, requiring hands-on problem solving and a customer-focused approach to maximise uptime and equipment reliability.

You will complete service reports in line with GMP and quality standards, maintain documentation, and stay compliant with ISO9001 and GxP requirements while delivering excellent customer

Qualifications

• Hands-on servicing, calibration and qualification of equipment.
• Ability to install and commission new units at customer sites.
• Diagnose faults and perform efficient repairs while maintaining records.
