Job summary

Amazon EU Fresh & Perishable Grocery is seeking a Manager III, Instock Management to lead a high-performing team responsible for customer availability, inventory health, and supply chain performance across Amazon Fresh UK. Based in Manchester or London, you will own end-to-end instock strategy across multiple categories, balancing customer experience, efficiency, and cost with scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience leading teams and growing organizations.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain, inventory management, or operations.
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience cross-functional project leadership and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with data tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau/BI tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Instock Managers to improve customer availability and inventory health across Amazon Fresh UK.
• Own end-to-end instock strategy across multiple categories balancing customer experience and cost.
• Partner with multiple teams to identify root causes and deliver scalable cross-functional solutions.
• Drive automation and process improvements to reduce manual work and improve system capabilities.
• Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders to enhance service levels and supply chain performance.
• Lead strategic programs, define success metrics, and communicate insights to senior leadership.
