Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Retail, Operations, Product, Delivery and Supply Chain Execution teams to define capacity reporting, operational design, and operating/reporting models.
• Build complex models to determine future capacity needs for our network, to communicate to partner teams and senior leadership for CapEx decisions.
• Develop tech requirements to ensure our fulfillment network can scale to address future challenges and growth.
• Solve ambiguous problems and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
