Job summary

Joybuy, JD.com’s dedicated European retail platform, seeks a Fresh Category Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end fresh produce sourcing, packing, and distribution across the UK and EU. You’ll coordinate with growers, packers, logistics providers, and internal teams to optimize product availability and quality while reducing waste.

• Extensive experience in fresh produce or FMCG supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of cold chain logistics and inventory management.
• Knowledge of import/export processes and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, packing, logistics, and distribution of fresh products.
• Coordinate with growers, packers, consolidators, freight forwarders, and retailers.
• Monitor quality, food safety, traceability, and regulatory compliance.
• Work with third-party service providers to plan inventory and replenishment.
• Track service levels, costs, inventory, waste, and supplier performance; drive improvements.
