Job summary

Green Recruitment Company is partnering with an established UK investment manager to recruit a Manager for its Institutional Solutions team in London. The role focuses on leading cross-functional projects tied to the firm's institutional offering, fundraising and client solutions activities.

You will oversee production of fund marketing materials, presentations and collateral, coordinate with investment, sales, marketing and other teams, and ensure robust CRM usage and data quality across

Qualifications

• Experience within asset management or similar environment.
• Strong project-management and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Strong understanding of fund marketing collateral for institutional investors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage institutional projects from planning through delivery.
• Oversee production of fund marketing materials, presentations, pitch decks and institutional collateral.
• Coordinate across investment, sales, marketing and wider internal teams.
• Manage multiple workstreams, stakeholders and deadlines.
• Support development and positioning of investment strategies for institutional audiences.
• Ensure effective use of CRM systems and maintain high-quality institutional data and materials.
• Support wider fundraising and institutional client initiatives.
