Job summary

You will build and refine fund marketing materials, coordinate with investment, sales and marketing teams, and ensure CRM data is accurate and delivered on time. A1-3 years of relevant experience is typical for this position.

Qualifications

• Analyst-level experience in asset management or similar financial services.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Exposure to fund marketing collateral and investor materials.
• Excellent organisation and project-management skills.
• Proactive, hands-on can-do attitude with ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Experience in infrastructure, energy or credit sectors is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery and project management of institutional initiatives across the business.
• Create and maintain fund marketing materials, presentations, and pitch decks.
• Coordinate input from investment, sales, marketing and other internal teams.
• Manage and maintain information across CRM systems.
• Support institutional fundraising and client-related projects.
• Help ensure materials, data and messaging are accurate, consistent and delivered on time.
