Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company, in partnership with an established investment manager in London, seeks an Analyst for its institutional fundraising team. You will support investor relations, fundraising and fund development, collaborating with senior professionals and investment teams.

Responsibilities include preparing investor materials, assisting with DDQs and RFPs, researching prospective investors, maintaining CRM data, and coordinating meetings/roadshows.

Qualifications

• Relevant early-career experience in investor relations, asset management, financial services or a related field.
• An interest in private markets, infrastructure and energy.
• Strong written communication, analytical and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the preparation of investor presentations, pitchbooks and fund marketing materials.
• Assisting with DDQs, RFPs and responses to institutional investor requests.
• Researching prospective investors, market developments and competitor funds.
• Maintaining investor information and tracking fundraising activity through the CRM.
• Helping coordinate investor meetings, roadshows and follow-up materials.
• Supporting fundraising projects and gathering information from investment and other internal teams.
