Puma Capital Group is seeking a Client Onboarding Manager to lead the Client Onboarding team in delivering efficient and compliant onboarding for clients investing across Puma's product range.

You will drive continuous improvement, streamline and automate onboarding processes, and collaborate with internal units to support fundraising objectives while ensuring high-quality client outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in a client-facing role gained within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Proven experience handling client queries and complaints via email and phone, professional and confidential.
• Understanding of financial products; knowledge of tax-efficient investment sector beneficial.
• IMC or IOC qualified, or willing to obtain a relevant industry qualification.

Aufgaben

• Line management of team members including goal setting, performance management, coaching and career development.
• Oversee day-to-day workloads ensuring service levels and regulatory requirements are met.
• Own end-to-end onboarding journey across Puma's products and services for clients and investors.
• Handle escalated onboarding cases, complex queries, complaints and incidents with timely resolution.
• Oversee AML, KYC, sanctions and due diligence activities in line with regulatory obligations.
• Provide guidance on onboarding requirements, investor eligibility, documentation standards and due diligence processes.
• Respond to investor and adviser queries with professional, accurate and timely communication.
• Review and process legal documentation relating to investors and estates with proper due diligence.
• Maintain accurate client and investor records across systems and third-party platforms.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
