Wintermute is hiring an Institutional Business Development Manager or Director in London and New York to support Wintermute's institutional expansion across global financial markets. You will originate, develop and manage strategic relationships with hedge funds, asset managers and other counterparties, working with trading, product and operations teams.

Role requires 4-7+ years in institutional markets, strong communication, and a track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 4-7+ years of relevant experience in institutional markets or related commercial environment.
• Experience in institutional business development, sales, partnerships or counterparty-facing roles.
• Strong understanding of OTC markets, institutional trading workflows and derivatives products.
• Proven ability to independently develop and manage institutional client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth across institutional OTC and derivatives businesses.
• Originate, develop and manage relationships with institutional counterparties including hedge funds, asset managers, and undisclosed counterparties.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on client acquisition and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with trading, product and operations teams to commercialise new products and trading solutions.
