Job summary

Wintermute ищет опытного специалиста по продажам в области фи́нансовых рынков и цифровых активов. Ваша задача — развивать институциональный OTC‑бизнес на глобальном уровне, налаживать отношения с биржами, кастодианами и провайдерами инфраструктуры, а также продвигать новые продукты на рынке.

Кандидат должен иметь подтверждённый опыт работы в FICC‑продажах, навыки ведения переговоров и умение достигать поставленных целей.

Qualifications

• Опыт работы в традиционных финансовых сервисах и цифровых активах в командах, демонстрирующих высокие результаты.
• Минимум 5 лет FICC продаж институциональным контрагентам (голосовые или электронные каналы).
• Опыт работы со спотом и деривативами OTC; предпочтителен опыт по опционам.
• Опыт в бизнес-развитии, партнерствах или роли, ориентированной на контрагента (B2B‑продажи, investment banking).
• Умение обсуждать цифры и достигать квоты; отличные вербальные и письменные коммуникативные навыки.
• Степень BSc/MSc в экономике/финансах или смежной области.

Responsibilities

• Расширение институционального OTC‑бизнеса глобально и разработка регионального плана роста.
• Установление отношений с биржами, кастодианами, кредиторами и другими провайдерами инфраструктуры.
• Развитие новых каналов и расширение существующего бизнеса по всему миру.
• Сотрудничество с другими командами для вывода на рынок новых продуктов, включая деривативы, через сбор требований, тестирование и запуск.
• Рост ликвидности криптовалютных проектов и сотрудничество с региональными проектами и местными инвесторами.
• Внедрение структурированного процесса BD и повышение операционной эффективности совместно с CRM и кампаниями.
• Отслеживание главных событий крипто‑экосистемы и поиск возможностей для сотрудничества.

Wintermute is a crypto-native algorithmic trading company in digital assets. It provides algorithmic liquidity across cryptocurrency exchanges and trading platforms, OTC trading products, and support for blockchain projects and traditional financial institutions moving into crypto. The company also participates in the blockchain ecosystem through investments, partnerships, and project incubation.

Задачи

• Grow the institutional OTC business globally and develop and execute a regional growth plan
• Build and grow relationships with exchanges, custodians, lenders, and other infrastructure providers
• Build new pipelines and grow existing businesses globally
• Work with other teams to bring new products, including derivatives, to market by collecting customer feedback, testing products, and planning launches
• Grow the crypto project liquidity provision business and build relationships with prominent regional projects, local VCs, and other ecosystem players
• Execute a structured business development process and improve operational efficiency with other teams, including CRM and campaign effectiveness
• Track key crypto ecosystem launches and news and identify cooperation and business development opportunities

Требования

• Experience in traditional financial services and digital assets at high-performing teams
• At least 5 years of FICC sales experience, voice or electronic, working with institutional counterparties
• Experience with spot and derivatives OTC products; options experience is required
• Experience in business development, partnerships, or a counterparty-facing role such as B2B sales or investment banking
• Experience delivering business results and discussing numbers and quota achievement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to educate counterparties about services and communicate convincingly, concisely, and precisely, listen well, clarify next steps, and follow up promptly
• A BSc/MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field
