Job summary

Reed, near Swansea, is seeking an experienced Installations Manager to support customers after their kitchen installation and resolve issues quickly. This office-based role offers a fast-paced environment with a friendly team and plenty of responsibility.

You will manage aftersales enquiries, coordinate remedial works, and liaise with installers and suppliers to ensure issues are resolved efficiently. A proactive attitude and strong administrative skills are essential.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Installations Manager to join the team of a successful kitchen company near Swansea. This is a fast-paced, office-based role supporting customers after their kitchen installation and helping to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
