Installations Compliance Manager

Want to play a key role in driving clean energy forward? We are looking for an office-based Installations Compliance Manager to support our clients with all the regulated paperwork required for their commercial solar projects. Previous experience within the solar energy sector is essential, as you will be managing documentation from project initiation to final handover. This role offers the opportunity to be involved in major commercial projects across the UK.

Salary: Up to £35K depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

1. Submitting G98 & G99 applications for all commercial projects
2. Requesting MPANs and LOAs
3. Liaising with clients to obtain necessary information for applications
4. Registering completed projects with MCS and insurance companies
5. Preparing all hard and electronic copies of Handover Packs and ensuring timely delivery

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous compliance/administrative experience in the solar industry or similar construction/installation experience
• Customer-focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Methodical, process-driven approach with excellent attention to detail
• Knowledge of G98, G99 applications, and MCS certification
• Ability to work effectively within a team, communicating daily with various managers
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle (free on-site parking)

Working hours: 9am-5pm with a 1-hour lunch break
